So I’ve decided that I am going to start adding posts more often to the site. They will most likely be about my second obsession in life… beer. I am an avid beer drinker and really love all that is happening with micro-breweries and home brewers of late.

So to start us off right, Let’s talk about this Limited Edition Pilsner from Full Sail.

I’ve recently become a big fan of what Full Sail Brewery is creating. I don’t think I ever quite gave them a good chance to seep into my pallette.

The LTD I have is listed as the #03 Recipe and is more than nice for a Pilsner. I typically don’t drink a Pilsner for enjoyment, but every once in a while I’ll see one that intrigues me ( mostly from a packaging design perspective) and I’ll give it a go.

My lovely fiancĂ© Debbie was her usual amazing self and picked up a make-ur-own six pack and she couldn’t pass this one up… And I can honestly say I am glad she didn’t.

A typical Pilsner taste hits the tongue with every sip, but the after taste is anything but typical. I am left with a warming sensation in my throat that I’ve never had from any other Pilsner I have had in the past. It’s smooth, slightly bitter, definite floral aroma but that warm feeling after every sip is just insanely pleasing to my pallette.

I highly recommend trying this Limited Edition Pilsner by Full Sail Brewery if you can find it in your grocer’s adult beverage isle.
